America---Families
of natives, immigrants and vacationers from all around
travel, visit and make home base here through time. Many come in groups through
stormy weather to America…the US, Canada, Caribbean, Middle and South America.
And many have thought over time that a great treasure lies here, but know it
can be a rough ride in. Those family members undertaking the initial cross
ocean journey, as well as those already here, could lose contact with dear
family members, bear heavy chains, suffer downpression and be lost in a battle
at sea. Many hope to spot a lighthouse to guide the way into an America as she was
designed to be. Things are different here in 2008, and there are bridges, ships
and waves now of a totally different sort but the last set of stormy waves from
the colonial period still linger, just coming in now...This tropical music incoming
from Jamaica, WI, America contains information about the last great period of
globalisation, bringing the South Sea Bubble
and the Industrial
Age to mind. The mates from all around still wail about lost and out of
reach shipmates, and would take great delight when the storms finally subside
to get back to work, and travel with family to places with tropical plants and
music, sunshine and blue water. The mates of native ancestry still wail over ecological
disaster, dying seas, and loss of production for family members. Legend has it
the gap in income is about the same now here in 2014 as it was when the US
broke her dependence from Mother England. Mates from all around are in
need of a vacation or holiday, as it were. And there are mates and pets who
need new “pop up” places and gardens to live…changes in buildings, farming, immigration, migration are at hand...Time
seems twisted here aboard Mother Earth. She seems upside down but all is not
lost.
