free market---A
total non-regulatory environment, with no pirates, perfectly clear sight and
accurate information, no monopolies or oligopolies of any sorts, no increasing returns to scale and no negative externalities amongst other things: this is a place-time near
impossible to ever reach. Some call it pie in the sky. If the point of a free
market is reached somehow by accident, the market would serve to keep us there,
but there is no guarantee things would be equitable at this point. On the other
hand, perhaps there is a place-time that isn’t free market, but at least good
enough for all the mates aboard Planet Earth. See bliss and Pareto Optimality.
