economists’ toolbox, besides back-up directories and historical information,
knowledge and wisdom. It is helpful to put on others’ glasses in order to
understand where they are coming from, where they are headed, and why.
Information needs a tag on it, in other words---information is no good if there
is no key to the roots and culture of either the sender and/or receiver. In
order to share information in a positive way, a crew with universal wisdom is
needed on both the receiving and sending ends to put things into full focus.
